Use Cases
Choose these ear pads when you need black leather ear pads for AKG K450 K430 and want the smooth, easy-clean surface described for this product. They are also suited to an AKG K450 K430 monitoring ear pads spare requirement, giving you a replacement option for worn pads on the listed models.
For portable listening, the K430 portable cushions use case points to the smaller on-ear format rather than a large over-ear cup. The K450 on-ear leather-look format is also relevant for travel, while travel on-ear hygiene is easier to address with a surface described as easy-clean.
These are K420 slim ear pads and are suitable for a folding-headphone pad swap. To replace them, ease each worn pad off the slim cup and stretch the new leather-look ring on, then confirm the lip on your cups.
Use the Q460 clip-style pad reference when checking that model, and the K480 wipe-clean skin reference when considering the listed K480 fit. The product is on-ear not over-ear AKG: it is not the larger K550/K553 cup style. Check the K450 vs K550 pad size distinction before ordering.
They can also serve as aftermarket K450 covers for the listed AKG models. Confirm the worn on-ear outline before ordering over-ear AKG pads, especially if your headphones use a different cup shape.
What Is Included
The shipment is a matching pair of black leather-look on-ear ear pads for the listed AKG models. Pads and headband are separate SKUs, so this listing is ear pads only and does not include the matching headband.
Check the on-ear outline on your headphones, confirm the lip on the cups, and order these AKG K450 K430 black leather replacement ear pads when you are ready for a practical replacement. The item ships across the US.
